Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone, with optional sync to your private iCloud account. None of it goes to a third-party server.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Caliper.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and find the Caliper purchase.
My data isn't there after reinstalling the app
Make sure iCloud is enabled and you're signed in to the same Apple ID. Data restores automatically once iCloud finishes syncing.
